Opening hours
Consular section: Mon-Fri, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon
The consular section is only open for consular affairs (no visa matters). Consult our public holiday list for closed days.
Visa section: on appointment only
Access to the visa section is striclty on appointment. For visa applications, please follow our visa procedures and get your appointment on-line.
To the visa procedures
Visa/passport collection
Visa and/or passports of visa applicants can only be collected on Wednesday between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Alternatively, visa and/or passports can be sent to you through G4S courier service at a small fee. A G4S service point is available at the Embassy (open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 noon). Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days. For your convenience, we recommend you use the courier service.
Please note:
Due to security reasons no electronic devices (mobile phones, cameras, laptops etc.) are allowed on our premises. All electronic devices will have to be left at the main gate reception.
